1. Measure the longest part of the gift box using a ruler or a tape measure. An ideal fabric size is approximately 3 times the longest part diagonally (see the below size chart as reference)
2. Choose the fabric of choice and size according to the gift size. Optional decorative wooden tokens are available

4. Once order is completed one of our representatives will reach out to schedule the pick-up and delivery date
5. Once wrapped the gifts will be delivered to the desired location and recipient.

• Long life food items including but not limited to biscuits, Arabic Halwa are eligible
• Liquid and perishable food items are not eligible
• Multiple gifts should not exceed a total of 20 kgs or 30 boxes
• Gifts will be wrapped individually, grouping of items will not be possible unless placed in a singular box by the customer prior pick up
• Wrapping services for multiple gifts with multiple locations will be delivered back to source location free of charge or a surcharge of AED 30 per location will be added to be delivered to multiple locations
• Gift items must be inspected for potential damages by the customer prior to pickup and handover
