Shopping Information

When will I receive my order?

We will pack and begin shipping within 24 hours of receiving your order and the delivery times will be subject to your location and the express courier’s schedule.

Dubai:
  • Express - 4 hours guaranteed if order is placed by 5:59pm
  • Same day - if order is placed by 1:30pm
  • Next day - if express or same day deliveries were chosen beyond the cut off time they will automatically be moved to next day deliveries.
Rest of UAE:
  • Next day
Rest of the World:
  • based on the express courier's schedule



Gift wrapping Services:

Dubai:
  • Same day if there are less than 5 items to wrap and order is placed by 1:30pm
  • Next day if there are 5 to 10 items to wrap and order is placed by 1:30pm
  • 2 - 3 days if number of items exceed 10 pieces and order us placed by 1:30pm
Rest of UAE:
  • 2 - 3 days for 5 to 10 items and order is placed by 1:30pm
  • 4 - 5 days for items exceeding 10 pieces and order is placed by 1:30pm

Any and all gift wrapping services requested that exceed 20 items the terms of delivery time will be discussed and agreed upon between the customer and service provider via email.

Any and all delivery charges are indicated at check out prior payment.

Can I return/exchange the items I purchased?

Totes and Tokens has a NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND policy. Once goods are sold they cannot be exchanged on returned for refund.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for all shipment, international and domestic.

Can I wash my Fabric Wraps?

Yes you can!

As our fabrics are 100% cotton you can wash them with similar colored clothings in a warm or even cool temperature cycle and can be ironed at medium heat; do not bleach. Please note that post washing shrinkage can occur for first time wash.

My product is defected. How can I return it?

All our items are checked for quality before shipment. We apologize for any product that is unsatisfactory, and we will replace or refund the cost of any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, please contact Totes and tokens via email at support@totesandtokens.com within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item.

Your email should:
  • Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach photograph)
  • Mention the date the item was received
  • As well as your purchase order number
The Totes and Tokens team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.

Any and all approved refunds will be completed through the original card used at check out and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing Bank of the credit card.
